Spoke to the occupant. The swamp cooler cools during the monsoon season to 10 - 15 degrees cooler then what the temp is outside. The occupant complained the cooler wasn't working because the air was at 87 degrees. At 104 degrees at the very coolest inside a unit with a swamp cooler it would be at 89 degrees. Occupant stated the owner gave them a fan. Most likely to circulate the air inside the rental unit. I can not force the owner to buy and install an air-conditioning unit. The swamp cooler is working. |
