ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR MORALES THERE WAS NO RAW SEWAGE AT THIS TIME. SPOKE WITH OWNER WHOM GAVE ME THE INFORMATION FOR HIS PLUMBER, DESERT STORM PLUMBING. SPOKE WITH CLIFFORD FROM DESERT STORM WHO STATED THAT HE HAS BLUE STEAK COMING OUT BEFORE HE DOES ANY WORK BUT A CONTRACT HAD BEEN SIGNED WITH HIM. AT THIS TIME OWNER APPEARS TO BE MAKING EFFORTS TO REMEDY ANY PLUMBING ISSUES. | |

A large trench at the front end of the property Plumber left trench open. Fencing fell down. Raw sewage in the trench, dumped on the side of the trench and next to the fence. Sewage also in a mop bucket. Contacted the responsible party (Owner of the Halfway house) discussed the complaint and the need for the owner to address this health and safety hazard immediately. Raw sewage picked up, bagged up. Ground bleached. Fence re-installed. A Plumbing inspection is scheduled for 2/11/25 in the am. Plumbing Company is Desert Storm Plumbing. | |
