She confirmed it was not mud or dirt, from the doorway; trash can be seen throughout the unit. Murky water can be seen between the garbage on the floor. Tenant confirmed the entire unit is in the same condition. Management confirmed her statement and is why they reached out to code enforcement due to the health and safety of the tenant and community. Unit was posted unfit to occupy, management received all documents. Multiple agencies has been notified regarding tenant in need of resources. |
