There are locked metal gates installed at the 2nd level walkways at each end and the middle hall without permits or approvals from the City of Tucson. These gates have been installed after April 2022. Unable to find reported unit 970, bottom floor units are labeled within 100-199. 2nd floor units are labeled within 200-299. There are 40-foot metal containers that belong to this property being stored on abutting ADOT right of way. There are multiple banners attached to the 2nd level walkways without permits or approvals from the City of Tucson. There is rotted fascia and exposed wood without weather protection. The 2nd level has floor joists that are rotted to include areas that the staircase is attached to. Other areas of the floor joist have exposed wood without weather protection. Staircases have missing spindles and other non-code compliant modifications. The swimming pool has signs of deterioration, cracks, stagnant water and is not being maintained. There is furniture and other miscellaneous items being stored within the pool area barrier. The parking lot has faded parking lines, deteriorated asphalt, and lack of marked designated handicap spaces.
