Property has a large hole in the ceiling that was caused by a leak in the evaporative cooler. The property had very little air conditioning throughout. The temperature in several rooms was over 87 degrees. I spoke with the owner, the management company and the maintenance worker. The owners got the tenants a portable A/C units while the hole is being repaired. |
