There are no permits on file for the new installation. This same building has advertisement and has been reported for hosting concerts, there are no Certificate of Occupancy on file for assembly type use for the building. At the eastside of same property there is a new masonry building completed near the middle. There are no permits or approvals for this new masonry building. At the northeast corner of the property there are new masonry walls being constructed as if there are going to build another building. A stop work order has been issued for all non-approved construction and non-permitted activities. Both work areas have been posted, notice for permits required acknowledged by property owner. Tenant of 624 has been informed of the importance and need of the Certificate of Occupancy. |
