Los Altos Ave. T.E.P. was notified to terminate power and requiring a permit prior to reconnecting the electricity. The following deficiencies were identified at the main electrical panel: • Dead front and the panel cover is missing to the main service panel. • A set of breakers were suspended by its conductors, others are loose not completely secured. • Grounding electrode conductor is not connected to a grounding rod and the other is wrapped around a piece of rebar (not secured). The single-family home is completely boarded except for the front door. The plywood was lying on the ground; the front door and its associated frame were damaged. There are signs of transit activity and the property harboring persons to commit unlawful acts. The building was re-secured with the board that was on the ground. The property has an accumulation of refuse and debris to include at the curb area. The perimeter wood panel fence has collapsed and needs repair. There is stucco damage above the front door entrance. A notice of violation will be issued for the responsible party to make the necessary actions to correct.. |
