TFD - House fire. Electrical work: exterior lighting, water heater and air conditioning unit installed without permits. Roofing, insulation, roofing framing, electrical, drywall, walls, damaged as a result of the fire. Owner requested for City to have hole in roof boarded up. Let owner know he would get the bill for this. Also let the owner know I did not know the exact cost of the board up. Completed nov, shut down paper work. Posted house. |
