There is piles of materials throughout home that restricts safe egress. There is trash and debris throughout the home to include human or animal feces on the floor of the home. Water to the home appears to be shut off at the home shut off valve, water faucet inside inoperable, sink blocked off by cardboard. Missing a cover off a light switch. There is what appears to be use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring powering devices such as a portable air conditioner. Called TEP to disconnect power at the meter. TEP did respond and cut power at the meter, permit is required for reconnect. Neighbor on site had key to home and will keep front door secure. Side gate was closed and locked. Home was posted unsafe to occupy. -VM |
