TFD call out to unit 307 for possible hoarder. I observed some trash and debris in the unit and evidence that the tenant is putting cigarette butts out on his furniture. The trash and debris was not enough for me to condemn the unit, all egress points were free and clear of obstructions. The tenant posses a serious fire safety hazard, after an evaluation by TPD and TFD it was determined that the tenant should be taken to the CRC Facility. |
