The rental property still has facia lacking protective paint, parts of the building stucco is cracked, soffit is peeling off and loose. Notice of violation sent on 8/15/24 identifies the rental property had damaged soffit, facia and plaster which is deteriorated due to lack of regular maintenance. Building has not yet been repaired. Sending out citation 007283 |
