The staircase that leads to the upper level at 407 has missing hardware. Unit 407 has a broken windowpane. The A.C. inside unit 407 is not blowing adequate cool air. Inside unit 407, there are makeshift devices connected to the cooling vents and excessive items at all window openings. |
