The clean out port for the sewer line was leaking raw sewage onto the property, abutting sidewalk area and street. The manager was given a handwritten notice to have the sewer line repaired and the area clean within 24 hours. She stated maintenance is at the store getting supplies for the repair and clean up. Management is bringing in more maintenance people from other Apts to help with the repair and clean up. |
