Per my conversation with Ms. Ramirez from TDOT, the Midway wash between 4500 and 4550 E Speedway Blvd is maintain by TDOT. The is area is south of Speedway Blvd. Midway wash north of Speedway is private and is maintain by the owner. Close case. |
