Refuse and debris on property, there is a JMV in carport with a tarp on it, storage under carport. Chains and locks on gates. There is a window in the back of the property that is missing. Overgrown vegetation throughout property to include backyard. There are two vehicles in the backyard that appear to be disabled. |
