Pine tree's fell on building. 810/824/ 814/840/816 and damaged multiple unit's, posted unsafe to occupy, turned power off at breakers to unit that were affected.. ( After inspection I found that multiple trees from 85' to 115' fell on five building throughout the complex. The units will be posted unsafe to occupy and will be issuing notice to remove all damaged trees off the buildings due to hazards safety, zero days to comply. Multiple trees throughout the complex have branches broken from the storm. This will need to be address for the safety to the public and I will be issue a 24 hour notice to comply. Tree's leaning with saturated ground and roots showing will need to be address by professions arborist within 24 hours they will need to contact me and advise if trees are safe and hazard free for the health of the public. Will need to remove all Debris that was accumulated with-in 10 days of completion of removal of damaged trees.. Notices were hand delivered to manager and posted all units that were affected by storm damage. |
