Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a tree in the stairwell. T.F.D. was removing the people from the unit due to not able to use the stairwell. Arrived and no one on site to meet and the electrical was off to the neighborhood and not able to see due to the darkness. The tree was leaning on the stairwell and going pass the second floor roof. The tree was stable and not secured from moving if the winds come back. Will go back at day light hours to check the tree better and check if the management is on site. RV. |
