07/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site to check the tree and the tree has moved to a different position. Did call the office and did advise that the bottom units will be vacated due to the movement of the tree. The office stated that the company that was on site to check the tree stated the same thing that the tree was moving. That company can't come until Tuesday or Wednesday. The office was calling a different company to check if can be done sooner. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front windows of the bottom units 24 and 26 and the N.O.V. to Vacate units #23. #24. #25. #26. Not able to get to 23 and 25 due to the stairwell is loose and damaged with the tree on top of the steps and the railing. The H.O.A. president was on site and did go over what needs to be done to enter the bottom units. Unit 25 had a dog in the unit and will be coming back to feed the dog at different times. RV.
07/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Calls came in that the tree was removed from the property and the bottom units were able to go back into the units. Pictures were sent and the tree is removed and the stairwell was damaged on the railing, the concrete steps have been broken and did request that the stairwell be blocked off that no one climbs the stairwell. The stairwell is not connected to the top deck on the second floor. Did go over that the steps can be removed and a scaffold of steps can be installed to remove the items from the upper floors. One tenant was moving out this week. RV.
08/01/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Unit #23 and #25 are vacant and on the upper floor and unit #24, #26 are being occupied at this time. Did go over that a contractor will be needed to knock down the stairwell and place a scaffolding stairwell to have a temporary use to get to the upper floor. At this time the case will be closed due to will be working with a contractor and the insurance company for the claim. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
