Communication called that the roof was blown off. Arrived and all the units have left the site. The owners reps. were on site and the roof blew off on 3-units and this unit still had the covering on the roof. The electrical was removed at the breakers and the power was off to the neighborhood from storm damage. The tenant was removed and placed in a hotel at this time. The unit was condemned and placed a Do Not Enter on the front door. The tenant locked the door when he left the site. The paperwork was signed by the the reps. on site. This unit has no water on the floor at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
