Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a blown off roof. Arrived and all the units have cleared and found the reps. for the property on site. They were in the process or placing the people in a hotel. The electrical was off to the neighborhood due to storm damage and the main breakers were turned off and a city lock place on the latch. The roof covering has blown off down to the 1x decking. There is no visible damage to the wood which is 1x. The interior drywall ceiling is leaking water and the tenant was on her way to gather her items to take to a hotel. The paint is bubbling and has not fallen. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the reps. signed the paperwork. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
