221 PM - There is a new CMU wall constructed at north east portion of parcel. Runs east west along north end of the parking lot, and parallel to Cloverland Av. Well exceeds 6 feet at maximum height. There is an approximately 40' x 20' shade canopy structure, and an approximately 10' x 10' shed in this walled off area. The shade canopy was under expired permit T07CM03121. Spoke to Director on site advised needs a permit for wall and compliance review/site plan for all other items. -VM |
