Spk to owner on site, says he will be installing metal panels for screening on the fence on west side of property in the coming weeks. Owner does have an architect who sent me a copy of plans that will be submitted in the future. Schedule followup for aprox 30 days. -VM |

229 pm - Followup at property. There are now metal fence panels installed along chain link fence in alley that screens storage. There is now fencing installed at front of property along Seneca St. Fence measures at 6 feet tall and is not listed on the approved plans. Called 3X, goes straight to voicemail. Left my card on gate. Permit TC-RES-0224-01217 is not issued and property remains in violation. -VM |

908 am - On-site follow up. A new complaint has been received alleging new floodlight installation and lighting code violations. Met with the complainant and reviewed light fixtures alleged to be in violation. Additional research will be required. The property does remain in compliance for trash and debris in the alley. There is no meaningful progress to the permitting process since the last inspection. Citation will be issued for the work without permits violations. |

117 PM - Dead tree in rear yard has been cut down. The prickly pear cactus has been cut back out of the street. All other violations remain. There is now excessive trash and debris in the form of piles of cut vegetation scattered throughout the property and I had to move tree branches to be able to drive through the alley. Attempted contact, rang doorbell, no answer. Called and left a message for owner. -VM |
