221 PM - The GFCI outlet next to stove and the outlet next to refrigerator both have no power. There is a surge protector and extension cords being ran from outlets to power kitchen appliances including the refrigerator. Use of a licensed electrician or a qualified technician will be required for repairs. The drywall above the kitchen sink has been cut and removed, exposing pipe and electrical lines. Cut into cabinet and wall under sink, exposing plumbing system. Would appear copper plumbing lines have been replaced with PEX lines in both locations. There are no permits on file for this activity. There is peeling/bubbling paint around both vents in the rear Arizona room. Drywall is damaged/loose near rear door in this room. Called and left a message for property owner. -VM |
