Contacted owner regarding the complaint about the rooster on the property. Owner states she has a rooster but it's "GRAND-FATHERED INTO THE CITY". Research finds property was annexed into the city 5/22/1989. UDC Code 6.6.5 (E)(1) No male fowl allowed. Contacted Zoning just to make sure. |
