1050 AM - Cooling system set to High Cool, is producing warm air. Temperature is reading 91.8 degrees in the living area on temperature probe. Cracks in wall and holes in wall in kitchen area by the fridge. Lights in kitchen are inoperable. Cracks in plaster above bathroom door. There is a small hole near the floor above the baseboard in the bathroom, directly across from the closet. Tenant states has seen insects go in and out of this hole. Cracked/missing caulking around hot water pipe at wall at bathroom sink. Hole into drywall behind bed along west wall, just north of south wall. Did call and speak with property manager, advised 24 hours to provide temporary cooling and 10 days to repair cooler. -VM |
