1108 AM - Contact with property owners on site, allowed full access to property for inspection. Property and all units except 2437 Unit 2 have no violations. The tenant at 2437 Unit 2 has attached a tarp like material to the front and rear chain-link fences that is visible from the street and abutting properties. Both yards are full of storage items. Advised tenant and owners need to remove the tarp like materials from front and rear fences, and either remove or properly store all items in front and rear yards. -VM |
