303 PM - On site with tenant, system is still producing cool air. Outside temperature is 111, front door was open and fan set to medium. Took temperature in living area downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs with a temperature probe. Temperatures did not exceed 86 degrees and range from 83 to 84 degrees. Will be closing case at this time. -VM |
