Did observe peeling paint, water marks on wall in kitchen. Tenant states water leaks in this spot when the upstairs bathtub is used. Could not verify an active leak at this time. Did speak with apartment employees on site, who states the water leaked downstairs when the tenant overflowed the bathtub. Did advise will need to have the peeling paint area repainted. -VM |
