Observed pick up truck obstructing the right of way to the sidewalk. Also observed an individual sleeping outside the property in the front. I told the male to stop sleeping outside and I posted an NOV on the door for the owner. The male sleeping outdoors is the brother of the owner. I told him that I would be issuing a citation if I catch him doing this again. |
