After inspection found that sprinkler head was Damaged and water sprayed directly downwards, not down wall's only on floor, no damage to down stairs unit. City Housing was already retracting water, tenant was moved to another unit, posted unsafe to occupy till water was cleared, and head was replaced and tested, Hand del notice, Housing will contact me when done for follow up inspection, no utilities were affected. |
