312 PM - Arrived to property and found both front windows completely smashed out and front door open. Called and spoke to property manager who did state he was aware of condition as tenant living here recently died. All windows have been smashed out, front and back doors both open, and side closet door is removed leaving an opening. Very large pile of trash and debris scattered throughout entire backyard. Home has damage to interior drywall throughout and items scattered throughout the interior, including trash and debris throughout entire home, smoke detectors removed from walls. Property manager did respond to property and signed the notice and order, he will secure all openings. Released property and will follow up to ensure property is secure. -VM |
