Arrived and the units were still on site and the tow truck was also on site. The car was half way into the unit where the bedroom was located. The tow truck driver was given the OK to remove the vehicle and was hauled off for safe keeping. The wood 2 x 6 studs were all moved from the bottom and top plates, the window framing was all removed and laying inside the room. The electrical was remove at the meter due to the wiring in the wall has been damaged. The other rooms in the unit were OK and the tenant has been placed in another unit. Did have a panel with phone lines and that was removed. There is a conduit on the bottom of the exterior wall that has been damaged and may have tripped the breaker due to the light was not on at the main entrance. |
