Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the units were clearing the site. Fire investigators were on site and checking for cause. The fire was in the bathroom ceiling in the dropped ceiling area around the exhaust fan area. The wiring was burned or has heat damage. The drywall was pulled down to check for fire. The electrical was removed at the main breaker and a city lock was placed. The tenant was going to stay in another unit on the property and was taken to the hospital to be check for smoke inhalation. No structural damage to the unit and is wood framed. The management was calling for a company to extract the water in the unit. Once done will be secured by the management. the property manager signed the paperwork on site. RV. |
