Arrived and all the units have cleared and the captain was still on site. He showed the area of the fire. The fire was near the freezer and the refrigerator where spider webs were all on the ceilings and walls. The webs are on the other parts of the house. The house has hoarding issues and was dirty through out. No clear paths to doors and windows. The fire appears to have flashed and left areas smoking where T.F.D. water down. The electrical was removed at the meter due to the issues on the property. The property is also being sold and has no gas to the property. The water was left on at this time. The owner listed has died and the son was on the property and signed the paperwork as the executor of the property. The owner was able to secure the house and not sure the house will be repaired due to being sold. The son and his son left the site. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
