1248 PM - Entered apartment with tenant on site. Cooling system is running, is producing cool air. Took a reading with temperature probe, 82° in upstairs bedroom area and 80° downstairs. Per tenant, apartment complex is doing repairs on chiller system and has provided a temporary AC unit. Unable to verify a violation at this time, will close case. -VM |
