214 PM - Did receive contact from property manager stating repairs were made. Reinspected with tenant on site. AC is producing cold air, thermostat shows temperature at 75°, temperature probe is reading 75.8°. Vent has been secured to the cabinets. Violations abated, close case. -VM |
