I spoke to the owner who lives in North DAkota and inherited the land from his father upon his death. He said he had tried, when this was Johns case, to find a landscaper to handle this but wasn't successful. When he didn't hear from John, he assumed it had been closed. I told him I would provide a 30 day extension but I need robust communication on his progress in return. He agreed, 30 day ex granted. | |
