Now the west side of the porch has a room added than added another porch in the front of the room added. The room has a bathroom included in the addition. There is a metal container in the rear of the property in the rear yard. AC has been added and showing cooler on the Pima County records. The wood frame storage room shows on the last approved plans. There is nothing on the pool being added and the pool will need to be drained or the water cleaned. The pump was not on and connected to extension cords. Will do N.O.V. RV. | |
| 07/13/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | The office called that T.P.D. on site with over 25 animals on site. Arrived and P.A.C.C. was on site with several trucks and was removing cats, dogs and lizards. There are some dead animals through out the house. Several kids were removed from the property and taken by C.P.S. There is a 4' high pool in the front yard and has the ladder in the pool and the water is dirty and not able to see the bottom. The house is filled with animal waste on the floor through out and piled in one section where the door is not use to enter the room. Has no clear paths to doors and windows, no smoke alarms with trash and debris piled in areas inside the rooms. One room was locked and no one had the key and the door was kicked in to check the room. That room was rented by someone else and not connected to the incident. Did make contact with the owner who is out of town. Did let him know what is going on with the property. Did call the tenants boss to let him know on what is happening and that his truck is parked in the street. Arrest were made and P.A.C.C. continued to remove animals from the property. The house was posted Do Not Enter and the paperwork was placed in the metal security door. The electrical was removed at the pole and the meter removed. No gas on site due to all electric. P.A.C.C. was staying for another couple of hours and left the site. They will be setting traps for the animals not found and will come back tomorrow to check the traps. P.A.C.C. were given the keys to the house and gate and the tenants not arrested will be able to come and check the house after 2:00 PM to get items out. RV. |
