Rear yard has a dwelling under expired permit T18CM02316. There is an approximately 15 foot X 10 foot shed south of this in rear yard that is not depicted on an approved site plan. Further research by Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) indicates permit T18CM02316 should have been in a Final status as all Inspections were completed on that Permit. PDSD does not have a current method in place to correct the status of that permit as permits with a status of Expired were not transitioned to Energov when Permits Plus was retired. Notice of Violation will be sent for weeds and compliance review of the shed. -VM |
