The unit is vacant and secured and nothing has been done on the repairs. The ACC has met with SWG and a permit will be required for the new install of the instahot water heaters and will need clearances before the gas can be turned back on to each unit. SWG is on site at this time with ACC and on one building they are finding leaks and needing to be repaired before going on with the testing. At this time the case will be closed due working with the insurance company and the ACC. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
