Fire at property that originated from an old inoperable vehicle. The fire spread from the vehicle to the carport that it was parked inside of. The fire also spread to the kitchen and laundry room areas of the property. The carport was severely damaged and is no longer stable enough to be safely used. The carport will be fenced off and secured. The electricity was shut off by TEP and gas meter was pulled by SW gas. The ceiling is severely damaged and falling down in the kitchen, family room and laundry areas. There is also fire, smoke and water damage throughout the inside of the property. I condemned the property and posted signs. Gary's towing removed one vehicle out of the right of was of the sidewalk that was burned by the fire. |
