1225 PM - Entered apartment with tenant on site. Vents are taped shut with cardboard, tenant states she did this to prevent dust and debris from coming through. Turned cooling on, system produces hot air. Inside air temperature registering at 92°. Placed call to landlord and advised, he was not aware of the issue. -VM |
