1145 AM - After repairs made, inside temperature now registering at 88 degrees. Cooler is producing 79 degree air from vents. Dirt and debris is coming out of vents when turned on high. -VM |

231 PM - Owner states repairs were made. Contact w/ tenant on site, who says has had system on low for about 2 hours, does not run system all day long. System is producing cold air. Inside temperature is registering at 86 degrees in kitchen on probe and 88 at the thermostat. Tenant states pads were replaced & is comfortable with the temperature where it is at. Violation abated, close case. -VM |
