158 PM - Checked front yard of property. Walked into both alleys, was able to see entire rear yard. No homeless on property or in alleys, and no trash or debris. Did contact tenant on site, says she recently moved in. Called and spoke to owner and advised of complaint, confirmed the person on site is his tenant. Unable to verify, will close case. -VM |
