They were checking for hot spots and the fire investigators were just arriving to check for cause. The fire was in the rear of the house where a washer and dryer were for a laundry room. The owner had a tile saw connected to an extension cord and that was burning. The fire was contained to the room with heavy smoke damage through out the house. The window and door in the room have been burned out and will need to be secured.
