132 PM - Spoke to owner on site. States he built the basketball court in the 1980s and lights were installed at that time, and they have not been modified since. Google street view images show all four lights present in the 2008 images and there are no newly installed lights on site. Lights appear to have been in place prior to outdoor lighting code being enacted. The lights all point at 45 degree angles. The owner states the lights do not illuminate anything beyond the bounds of the property lines. The basketball court was expanded to a Pickleball court. This will require additional research. -VM |
