Remodeling includes Electrical, structural, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical. NO permits on file at all. Posted house with STOP WORK. House is to be used as a rental. One upstairs unit and one basement unit. Basement unit only has one way out. Basement unit has small windows not properly designed for egress in the event of a fire. Flooring between the basement and upper level is not fire rated. Rental unit as 60 amp electrical service. CK for 2 prong or 3 prong system. Ck for smoke detectors hooked to the electrical system. Roofing may have been replaced. 2 HVAC units installed. One on the west side of the house and one on the roof. No sure if the roof can carry to load of the unit added to the roof. Gave owner 30 days to submit plans to the Zoning and Building Dept. Failure to do so, will result in a citation. |
