1243 PM - Bees or hornets flying in and out of the dead palm fronds on palm tree in front yard. The dead fronds do not appear to be within 10 feet of ground level and I will not be measuring the height due to the active insects flying around the tree. Insects did not appear to be aggressive. Called and left message for owner and provided a notice of violation to resident on site. -VM |
