The carport enclosure mentioned in the complaint was never a carport. In fact, it was always a garage according to the original property drawings from 1947. The fence had only one place that was damaged and the vast majority of the fence is in sound condition, therefore, the fence is not out of compliance. The dead tree was cut down to a point that would not be considered a danger. |
