Upon inspection of the unit, the temperature of the unit was 92 degrees. The AC was running and set to 70 but not getting to that temperature. There was a poorly repaired holein the living room wall that had been patched but was already cracking and falling away. The home has damage to the plaster on the rear exterior visible from the backyard. There is a hole about 3ftX2ft in the bedroom closet exposing the plumbing. The bedroom light/fan does not work and the living room fan is missing its light and has exposed wires. |
